Don't worry if you don't get it at first, cos wikis are strange like that :-)
if you type something like
wiki.freddyshouse.com/index.php/SomePage
the wiki will take you to a page that offers you the chance to create a page called "SomePage", or, if that page exists, an option to edit it.
Alternatively, if you type something like I used to belong to [[ClanBondage|a clan called Bondage]] in your user page, you'll find that the text "a clan called Bondage" has suddenly become a link. It'll prolly be red, as links to empty pages are red. Click it, and you'll be given the options I described above.
