Entering useful links into your text is easy. Consider the following examples.

I was looking at the [[Barrysworld]] page.

delivers the following link:

I was looking at the BarrysWorld page.

I was looking at the [[Barrysworld|BW]] page.

delivers the following link:

I was looking at the BW page.

Note the | deviding the wikipage from your name for it

I was looking at TdC's site[http://www.alphanor.org].

delivers the following link:

I was looking at TdC's site[1].

I was looking at [http://www.alphanor.org TdC's site].

delivers the following link:

I was looking at TdC's site.

Note the [space] deviding the URL from your name for it.

See how the wiki software marks up your text? Note the difference between internal and external links. Handy no?
