Nasty people who were at Uni had this. And tended to post screenshots detailing just how fast they were downloading their pr0n. It made us very jealous indeed until the university network admins finally cottoned on and started putting an end to the rampant filesharing. The lucky students could still play games at 10ms pings though, making them instant LPB's.

Now mostly replaced by Super JANET which is even faster...
